Can I get extra ammo for my Surefire toys?
Of course! You can stock up on extra arrows and balls for our Surefire line in the online store. If you’re picking up another Surefire item, be sure to check out our Extra Ammo Combo Packs. Buy the toy and extra ammo together to save!
Can I return an item?
In the event you need to return an item, Monkey Business Sports will happily accept any unopened item in its original condition up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
Adjustments to the refund total will be applied if the items returned are not in their original packaging and condition. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To Return an Item:
You must have a Return Authorization Number from Monkey Business Sports in order return an item. E-mail support@monkeybusinesssports.com Monkey Business Sports with your name, order number and the item you wish to return in order to receive a Return Authorization Number. Print this number clearly on the outside of the box being returned, and safely pack the item in its original packaging and condition.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping charges. Items should be shipped using a traceable method such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Monkey Business Sports is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.
Refunds
Customers will be notified via e-mail of the status of their refund within 14 business days of the item being received at our warehouse.
I have a problem with my toy. What should I do?
We stand behind the quality of all our items but in the event that an item does not perform correctly, please contact Monkey Business Sports via phone (1-800-727-7571) or email support@monkeybusinesssports.com and provide your name, order number, mailing address and a description of the problem. Monkey Business Sports will act to fix or replace this item as soon as possible. No additional shipping charges for any replacement of a damaged or defective item will be applied.
Can we ship internationally?
Currently we are only accepting orders shipping within the United States. If you’re out of the country, please contact us regarding purchasing options for your area.
